Getting Connected

“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23), and “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” (1 Timothy 1:15).

“Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures…he was buried…he was raised on the third day” (1 Corinthians 15:3,4). “God has made this Jesus…both Lord and Christ” (Acts 2:36), and “salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name…by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…” (Acts 16:31). “If you confess with your mouth ‘Jesus is Lord’, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).

“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:38).

Staying Connected

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit" (John 15:5).

"The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body....and each one of you is a part of it" (I Corinthians 12:12,27).

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer” (Acts 2:42).

"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10:23,24,25).
